I’m the founder of FlowHiveCRM, and here’s the real story of how it all started.

I’ve always noticed how many small business owners, especially in service industries end up wearing all the hats. You’re serving clients, handling marketing, booking appointments, sending reminders, chasing payments… and somewhere in the middle, you’re supposed to breathe.

I kept hearing the same frustrations:

“I’m great at what I do, but I spend more time on admin than on my actual clients.”

“I know I need to follow up with leads, but I forget.”

That’s when the idea for FlowHiveCRM was born.

I wanted to build something simple, affordable, and powerful -  a system that actually helps businesses flow. A place where all your moving parts (clients, messages, payments, follow-ups) live together, so nothing slips through the cracks.
